Pals Blog Hop – Cut it Out

Welcome to the August 2017 Pals Blog Hop. Thank you so much for joining us today. This month we’re going to “Cut It Out”. Participants will feature projects with “cuts” from punches, dies, Framelits, Edgelits, or Thinlits.

Whether you’re just starting the hop, or have come from a previous Pal’s blog, you’ll find the line-up toward the end of my post to help you move along.

Oh my goodness, I had soooo much fun making this! Where to start….the Cat Punch, Mini Pizza Boxes, Spooky Night DSP and much more that are headed your way September 1st in the new Holiday Catalog.

Now I did some playing around with coloring the Mini Pizza Boxes. Here are 3 examples with much different results. All were done with Pumpkin Pie.

1.  Stampin’ Spritzer, Rubbing Alcohol (helps to dry quickly), Water & Stampin’ Ink Refill

*   (Ratio was 70% Rubbing Alcohol, 30% Water and 3 Drops of Pumpkin Pie)

2.  Sponge Brayer & Pumpkin Pie Classic Stampin’ Pad

3.  Pumpkin Pie Classic Stampin’ Pad Direct to Box and a Sponge Dauber (to fill in the creases)

As you can see they provide 3 very different looks. Hope this helps you when you go to color the Mini Pizza Boxes.
